Microsoft reports that they are no longer seeing delays in sending and receiving email messages. WSD ITS also is no longer seeing delays, and the backlog of mail that was waiting to be delivered has been delivered. As of this writing mail is flowing as expected. WSD ITS will continue to monitor for system stability and provide updates as necessary.
Users are reporting delays in sending and receiving emails or not receiving them at all. ITS has noticed this specifically with scan to email. Microsoft confirms that they have an issue currently impacting North America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. As of this writing Microsoft is still investigating the issue. WSD ITS is monitoring this situation and will update as further information becomes available.
