[Identified] Raptor Engineering and Operations teams are closely monitoring Azure’s recovery efforts and will take all necessary steps to ensure Raptor services are fully restored as soon as possible.
This issue relates to the Microsoft outage.
ITS will continue to monitor and provide updates as they become available.

[Identified] Raptor Engineering has identified that the issue is related to a broader Microsoft Azure outage that is impacting several cloud services, including components used by Raptor systems.
We are also experiencing issues with Facilitron. Users may be unable to login. This issues is also related to the Microsoft outage.
ITS will continue to monitor and provide updates as they become available.

[Identified] Raptor is reporting users are currently experiencing a service interruption. Raptor Engineering is actively investigating the root cause of the issue and working towards a resolution. ITS will continue to monitor and provide information as details become available from Raptor.
