[Investigating] WSD ITS has received multiple reports that when users try to print to a Xerox, they receive the following message: "Do you trust this printer?" ITS is aware of the issue and is working to identify and resolve the issue at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information.

[Resolved] This has been resolved.

[Identified] Incident status: Identified Google, a service that works with Clever, is experiencing issues with users being unable to login using their Google credentials for those who updated to ChromeOS 139. This is preventing users from being able to login to their Clever account. We are monitoring the issue and will provide status updates as they become available. In the meantime, we advise rolling back to either ChromeOS 138 or earlier until this issue is resolved.

[Resolved] No further issues have been reported, and the service has been stable.

[Monitoring] WSD ITS has identified the root cause of the issue and applied a fix. Scan to email is functioning at this time. Any scans between 2PM on 8/27 and 9AM 8/28 may need to be rescanned if you did not receive the original scans. WSD ITS will monitor the situation throughout the day and provide updates as necessary. If you are still unable to scan to email, please contact the ITS helpdesk.
